Ebay Auction Management is a big part of doing business on eBay. One of the biggest hurdles that eBay sellers face is the tremendous amount of time that it can take to create, list, and manage their eBay business. This is where the right auction management tools can make a huge difference.

1) Free Image Hosting - I can add as many images as I want to my auctions for FREE. Auctiva will host all of your pictures for free and make inserting them into your auction listing a snap. No more dealing with html coding. Simply add your images just like you would in eBay's listing area. It's that simple. This saves me a ton of time because I no longer have to host my own images and use html code to insert them. If you are still paying eBay extra money to host your pictures, you will be able to cut those fees immediately and add additional profit to your ebay business.

2) Free Auction Scheduling - I am able to schedule my listings at any time I want - for no additional fees. This is a great feature for me since I'm a night owl. It's not uncommon to find me creating eBay listings at 1 or 2 in the morning….but I know it is not in my best interest to start my auctions at that time. eBay will let me start them whenever I want; but they will charge me an additional 10 cents for each auction. With Auctiva, i simply schedule my auction for the day and time that I want it to begin and Auctiva will automatically post my auction to eBay at the scheduled time. And at no extra cost! Amazing.

3) Free Templates - Auctiva also has tons of free templates that you can use to spruce up your auction listings and give them a much more professional look. Usually you have to pay eBay to use their templates or buy templates online. This is a great feature and I have found that the templates look great and are very easy to work with.

4) Cross Promotion Tools - Auctiva has a great "scrolling gallery" feature. This will automatically display all of your items in a scrolling gallery at the top or bottom of all of your eBay auctions. This is excellent for cross promoting your items and maximizing the exposure of your items. (Note: I would recommend changing this option to display below your item description. You can do this inside of your Auctiva account by clicking the tab labeled "Store", then "Edit Store Window", and lastly selecting "Below Description".)

5) Feedback Automation - If you are selling alot of items on eBay, managing feedback can become a very tedious and time consuming task. Auctiva simplifies managing feedback with their automatic feedback management option. You can setup Auctiva to automatically leave a positive feedback for anyone who leaves positive feedback for you. You can even create multiple feedback messages and instruct Auctiva to rotate through them - this way you are not always leaving the same feedback message for everyone. This feature alone has saved countless hours.

In my opinion, Auctiva is the best eBay auction management software out there. It's ease of use and incredible features make it the absolute best way to manage your ebay business.
